Anjileen Singh, Ph.D., BCBA-D

Licensed Psychologist, Behavior Analyst

Dr. Singh has over 20 years of experience supporting young children and their families. She is a licensed psychologist and a doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) who is deeply committed to partnering with families in thoughtful, compassionate, and meaningful ways. Dr. Singh is trained in Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), a naturalistic developmental behavioral intervention (NDBI), and brings a holistic, strength-based, and neurodiversity-affirming approach to all of her work.

Dr. Singh specializes in comprehensive developmental, psychological, and psychoeducational assessments for young children and their families. Her clinical interests include helping families better understand concerns related to autism, ADHD, anxiety, learning differences, and other challenges that may be affecting a child’s functioning at home or at school. She is particularly passionate about supporting parents who may feel unsure about whether an evaluation is needed, are adjusting to a new diagnosis, or are navigating next steps for services and resources. Dr. Singh believes that empowering parents is central to helping children thrive across home, school, and community settings.

In addition to assessment, Dr. Singh provides parent consultation for families of young children who are interested in using naturalistic behavioral strategies to support self-help skills, social communication, play, and success within daily routines and family life. She also offers IQ testing for private school admissions.

Dr. Singh earned her B.A. in Psychology with Highest Honors from the University of California, Berkeley. As an undergraduate, she interned in the Autism Intervention Program at Oakland Children’s Hospital and worked as a researcher in the Child Cognition Lab within the Institute of Human Development at UC Berekely. She completed her M.A. and Ph.D. at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she received extensive training in Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) at the Koegel Autism Center. Dr. Singh completed her predoctoral internship at the Child and Family Specialty Clinic at Pacific Clinics and her postdoctoral residency in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department at Kaiser Permanente’s South Bay Consortium. She later worked at Children’s Health Council (CHC) before taking time to raise her two young children while maintaining a small private practice. Dr. Singh joined Juniper Psychology Group in 2023 and is grateful to work alongside a dedicated and compassionate team focused on supporting the mental health and wellness of children, teens, and families.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Singh has led training workshops and presented at conferences and symposiums across the country. She is also a co-author of several research publications focused on the development of naturalistic behavioral interventions for young children with autism and their families.
