Ketki Deshmukh is a compassionate, culturally responsive therapist serving children, teens, adults, and families across the Bay Area. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment-based, trauma-informed care, integrating somatic strategies and nervous system regulation to support deep, lasting healing.


She helps clients navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and family stress while building insight, emotional regulation, and resilience. Ketki offers individual, family, and group therapy and works with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.


Ketki has a specialized focus in perinatal and reproductive mental health, supporting individuals and families through infertility, pregnancy loss, reproductive trauma, and the transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. She provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space to process these deeply personal experiences.


Fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi, Ketki creates inclusive, culturally sensitive therapy spaces. She understands the unique pressures of Silicon Valley and supports students, professionals, and families navigating high-achieving environments.
